Solar Water Heaters

Evacuated Tube Solar Water Heaters
This Evacuated Tube Pressure System solar water heater uses the fluid in the copper heat pipe as a heat exchanger, which makes the heat startup very fast. The all-glass evacuated solar collector tubular is heated by the sun and transfers the heat to the fluid in the copper heat pipe by an aluminum heat-conducting sheet. The fluid then changes from liquid into vapour by heating and goes up inside the heat pipe. After exchanging the heat between the condenser ends of the heat pipe with the water in the storage cylinder, the fluid turns into liquid again and goes down to the base of the heat pipe.
Installation
Energy Dynamics Ltd (EDL) analyses each location to ensure the design meets the specific requirements and demands of our customer. We personally take the time to design, install and service these highly efficient systems. Each System is equipped with the following:
- Inner Tank: stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316 (1.2 to 1.5mm thick).
- Outer Tank: Stainless steel SUS430, SUS304 or SUS316.
- Insulation: High--density of CFC free polyurethane integral foam made in high pressure and constant temperature conditions.
- Brackets: Stainless steel SUS430, SUS304 or SUS316. (Type: Flat Roof Mount or Sloping Roof Mount)
- Reflectors: Diffuse flat aluminum ginning panel with stainless steel borders.
- Evacuated Tube: F47x1500mm or F58x1800mm with aluminum fin and heat pipe inside.
- Working Pressure: 0.6 MPa, Testing Pressure: 1.2 MPa.
- Electric Heating Element Installation: At the bottom of storage cylinder. (Optional)
